Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Living Entertainment purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't quite hit the right note. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 30 days have whizzed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. It should also be returned in the original outer packaging if applicable.

We understand that sometimes gifts don't quite hit the mark, which is why gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer; instead, send it to our address at Shop 7, 663 Ruthven Street, South Toowoomba, QLD 4350, and make sure to include your order number on the shipping label, not on the box itself.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your item and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at orders@lenc.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@lenc.com.au.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
