An update from Lismore
We just wanted to say a big thank you to our dear customers for reaching out with concern over our welfare amid the Lismore floods.
The flood has been ruthless throughout the Lismore CBD. It has taken out our retail space & display stock, along with all of our lovely retail neighbours. At this point in time, it's hard to imagine how this beautiful little town will recover. But our spirits can only be dampened for so long, we are not defeated yet. We still have plenty to be thankful for. Our staff & loved ones are safe, our homes were spared from the rising floodwaters and lastly, with your support, we will be able to get through this season, one foot in front of the other, one step at a time.
With the help of our suppliers & staff, we are able to continue to function as an online business without too much disruption to you, our customers. For the next few months, all online orders for LENC will ship directly from our supplier warehouses. As a result, items may be coming from various warehouses across Australia, but we will still keep you up to date with tracking for all items & orders.
If there are any delays expected or stock is unavailable, we will contact you immediately for an exchange or refund. We are still available via phone if you want to chat or need advice too. Don't be afraid to call. Thanks again for your care & thank you for your support as always.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
It depends on where you are in Australia. Typically orders will take 1-2 business day to dispatch & 2-5 business days to arrive if you are on the east coast.
It's more likely to take 5-10 business days for our friends in the far-north, the west & regional areas.
Tracking & delivery details will be provided via email once the item has shipped.
Do you offer express shipping?
Typically we cannot offer express shipping. However, in some cases, we can arrange for an expedited courier service (1-3 days) at a $30 surcharge.

What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. if applicable it must also be returned in the same outer packaging it was shipped in.
