The Pro-Ject High Power It eliminates ground-related hum from your turntables playback.
Every turntable needs proper grounding otherwise electrical hum may be induced. If a turntable is not properly grounded, it may have a different reference potential than the connected amplifier. Consequently, these differences induce a compensating current which can be heard as hum through your music.
All good quality turntables have a seperate ground cable which can be connected to standard amplifiers or phono stages ground terminal. This way different potentials are equalised & hum is no longer audible. However, many modern amplifiers, soundbars or powered speakers do not have a ground connection. These systems are referenced as 'floating mass systems'. If a standard turntable is connected to a 'floating mass' amplifier, audible hum will be the result.
Pro-Ject have designed the High Power It power supply, a three pin power supply with in-built ground connection. It is suitable for all Pro-Ject turntables that take a 15V DC power supply, removing the hum or feedback you might hear without proper grounding.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
It depends on where you are in Australia. Typically orders will take 1-2 business day to dispatch & 2-5 business days to arrive if you are on the east coast.
It's more likely to take 5-10 business days for our friends in the far-north, the west & regional areas.

Do you offer express shipping?
Typically we cannot offer express shipping. However, in some cases, we can arrange for an expedited courier service (1-3 days) at a $30 surcharge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. if applicable it must also be returned in the same outer packaging it was shipped in.
